I posted the other day about one of the things that is frequently on my mind -trying to figure out how to go about achieving some weight loss. So many methods available, so many requiring things that I'm not overly enthusiastic about too -like exercise, for openers. Or, I can try to count calories, cut down on fats in my diet -or as some suggested, simply push the plate away and not eat as much.
There's also the diet pill thing too. But that's something that I would definitely want to read lots and lots of diet pill reviews before I would even consider trying that route.
I just wanted to let everyone know I'm going to fully research whatever avenue I try before I do anything drastic about tackling weight loss.
