Hmmm. This is the second week in a row now that when I went to do my Bushisms for the coming week, the page for Monday is missing from my desk calendar! Since, when I do these posts, I tear the pages involved for the coming week off the calendar and then, leave them on my desk to use for paper to write down notes or messages of phone calls, etc., I looked at the little packet here that I ripped off last week, thinking maybe I had inadvertently ripped off the page for tomorrow too, but no, that hadn't happened. I'm beginning to think, since this is the second week in a row and I never dig that calendar out until I go to do the post, that there is a "closet Republican ghost" loose in my house. Whatever else could it be?
But with my apologies -again -for the missing Bushism, for a calendar with only six days in the week and Monday seems to be the date chosen to go amongst the missing gonna have to forge ahead and post the words for the other days here now.

I dunno but somehow I don't really feel that last one is a campaign promise that has been upheld, do you? I don't feel "safer, stronger and better" anyway!

The one for Tuesday...if he said it off the cuff it should be clear to anyone that he should never be allowed to speak in public ever again.
But if a speech writer actually wrote those remarks?
Maybe those missing ones are hidden in the same place as those weapons of mass destruction that Bush was looking under his desk for...
