I thought he was built in a secret chamber under Cheney's house - an experiment that went terribly terribly wrong ;)
It cannot possibly get worse. That is what I keep telling myself.
Well, that is not entirely true. Something could happen to Dubya and we'd get Cheney. That would most definitely be worse. But barring that, things should get better.
